Once we have received your referral we endeavour to get back to you in a timely manner. There are many processes to go through. These can take a certain amount of time, to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equally. In addition to ensuring you are receiving the best quality of service.

Cosy City will email a thank you within three days of your application.

With your permission, we will refer you to one of our providers who will contact you within seven days to book an assessment.

The assessment may take place within 2-4 weeks within making contact with you.

Once the assessment has been carried out, you will receive your quotation within 14 working days.

The approved improvement works will then be scheduled in at a time convenient to you subject to contractor availability.
